Researchly is an AI-powered research learning platform that helps students and researchers learn how to write research papers. The platform provides a structured curriculum, AI research assistant (Roy), paper discovery, project management tools, and a research community.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Researchly. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You agree not to use Researchly to: violate any applicable laws or regulations; infringe on intellectual property rights; upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations; harass, abuse, or harm other users; or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
The Researchly platform, including its AI models, curriculum content, design, and software, is owned by Lunox Solutions Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create on the platform.
Researchly's AI assistant (Roy) provides research guidance and suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes and should be reviewed critically. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
Researchly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunox Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Researchly.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
